Right of Withdrawal

If you are a consumer (B2C), you generally have the right to withdraw from a distance contract (e.g. an online booking) within 14 calendar days, without giving any reason.

Withdrawal period

  • Services: 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.

  • Goods: 14 days from the day you (or a third party nominated by you) receive the goods.
If you were not properly informed about your withdrawal right, the period can be extended (up to 12 months).

How to withdraw

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact us within the withdrawal period by email or phone and clearly state your decision to withdraw.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw, we will reimburse the payments received in accordance with the applicable legal rules and timelines.

Important exceptions and service-start rule

In certain cases, the right of withdrawal may be excluded by law (e.g. specific date/period services in some categories), or limited once a service begins at your request.
