Theft & Breakdown Liability

Careful use
Please use the rented equipment responsibly and in accordance with the handover instructions and operating guidance provided.

Liability for damage
The renter is liable for any damage resulting from improper use, lack of due care, or misuse.

Theft & loss
In the event of theft or loss of the equipment during the rental period, the renter must notify us immediately and file a police report without delay. In such cases, the renter may be held liable for the loss incurred and/or the replacement value of the equipment.

Breakdowns & technical issues
If a breakdown or technical issue occurs during the rental period, stop using the equipment immediately and contact us straight away. We will agree the next steps together (e.g. replacement, return, or a solution on site).
