With Robot Mower Service Carefree, I take care of your robot mower once a year — automatically, at the end of the mowing season.
No scheduling, no reminders, no hassle on your end. I reach out at the right time, carry out a full maintenance check and replace the blades — so your mower is ready to go when the next season starts. Everything is included in the price.
This annual service is designed for robot mower owners who want their machine to stay in top shape year after year, without having to think about when to book or what needs doing.
Should any repairs be necessary during the service, the cost of required spare parts will be charged separately.
FAQ Carefree Service
Do I need to plan the appointments myself?
No. Olivier plans the recurring service visits independently. You do not need to remember or book each appointment separately.
What if I am on holiday?
That is normally not a problem. Because this is recurring outdoor garden maintenance, the service can usually continue as planned if access is possible. If timing needs to be adjusted, this can be arranged practically.
Who carries out the service?
The service is carried out by Olivier from Vandevijver Tuinmachine.
What happens in winter?
In winter, lawn growth slows down and edge maintenance is usually needed less often. The service rhythm or focus may be adjusted depending on the season, weather and garden condition.
Is this a one-time service?
No. Lawn Edge Care Carefree is a monthly recurring service plan.
Can I cancel the service?
Yes. You can manage your subscription and service agreement through your customer account.
Are extra services included?
Only the agreed lawn edge care is included. Additional work outside the agreement can be discussed and charged separately if needed.
