Which garden machines do you repair?
Send us the brand, model and fault description so we can confirm whether we can inspect your machine.
Do I need to make an appointment?
You can drop off the machine in the secure drop-off area at the front of the workshop between 7:00 am and 9:00 pm. If you would like us to collect the machine, please make an appointment by phone at 0474 13 95 27 or by email at service@ovdv.be.
How are repair costs calculated?
Labour and replacement parts are charged separately. You will receive an itemised invoice showing the hours worked and the replacement parts used. If the repair is likely to be more expensive, we will contact you by phone for approval before proceeding.
Are replacement parts fitted automatically?
No. We contact you before fitting parts or carrying out additional repairs.
How long does a repair take?
The timing depends on the fault, required work and availability of parts. We provide an update after inspection.
